Welcome
I also said, "When I grow up, I'm gonna have kids." As soon as I could, I got married and went to work on that objective. At 22 years old, my fourth and last child was born. My two sons and two daughters have all turned out well. Whew!! I put my writing career on hold while having and raising my family. When my youngest left home, I floundered about for more than a year wondering who and what I was. I was divorced, no one needed me anymore, and I rarely heard "Hey, Mom."
One day the fog cleared out of my brain and I said, "I'm all grown up now. It's time to became a writer." Through a bit of good luck I found my first job in the field of writing, as an editor for a regional trade magazine. Career growth was fast and included technical writing gigs on both coasts and in the Midwest. The left side of my brain is well-fed and happy.
To keep the right side of my brain happy, I wrote short stories in various genres. They've been published both in print and online, including in Eureka Literary Magazine and "The Harrow." Today, the right side of my brain is ecstatic. My science fiction romance novel Love's Reflection is being published in 2008 by Awe-Struck E-Books and my paranormal romance Eternally His is being published in early 2009 by Awe-Struck E-Books." So that's my story. I'd enjoy hearing yours. You can contact
